    Responsibilities

    Under the direction of Canyon Ranch Corporate Counsel, you will provide legal guidance to company management and departments and manage all types of official company records including corporate business records, professional services, consulting, and vendor agreements, leases, and nondisclosure agreements, and incident reports and provides risk management support and oversight. As the Legal Services Administrator, you provide responsive and timely legal and contract management support to our internal departments. You'll manage the company database for corporate business records, contracts and incident reports while working with the management and legal counsel.  

    You will draft and revise a variety of legal documents. Oversee filing of annual reports for states where we do business.  You will assist Corporate Counsel and outside counsel in legal matters including the formation and dissolution of entities, responses to subpoenas or court orders, depositions, and general corporate legal work.

    This is a collaborative position, working with internal clients and external third parties in drafting, negotiating and revising contracts. 

    Qualifications

    3-5 years experience in a legal capacity working with complex contracts, JD degree preferred but not required. Communication skills to allow interaction with all levels of company executives to provide the best information.
