    Responsibilities

As the job title might suggest, our new Spa Treatments Assistant Manager will assist the Spa Treatments Manager in overseeing spa treatment operations. Typical duties include monitoring treatment bookings and service provider schedules.  You'll know when to schedule additional staff based on business needs and spend part of your time processing time off and vacation requests.  We'll also need your assistance in ensuring compliance with licensing requirements for our massage therapists, and occasionally our aestheticians.  Communication is key so we'll rely on your superb communication skills to keep the department up-to-date on current events as well as responding to guest issues/concerns and interdepartmental resolutions. You'll also be a magnificent trainer as you oversee the transition of new hires into the department and assist with annual performance reviews.  This means you'll be an experienced massage therapist, as you'll enjoy performing at least five hours of treatment services each week.
