Canyon Ranch is looking for a Culinary Coordinator at our Lenox, MA location.
The Culinary Coordinator will be responsible for daily and weekly administrative duties, including scheduling, timekeeping, culinary log books, purchasing and department communications. The coordinator will also prepare daily pre-shift notes, assist with expo during meal periods, and will assist the culinary leadership team as directed. The coordinator will report to the Executive Sous Chef and the Executive Chef.
He or she will be responsible for:
Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
Work requires regular lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
Work requires moderate mental concentration to execute moderately complex tasks.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
