The Bell Services Driver acts as a Hospitality Ambassador when meeting and greeting guests. You will provide assistance with luggage, deliveries and rides around the Ranch. You will greet guests upon arrival from the airport or hotels and welcome them to the locale and Canyon Ranch. You will provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure. You will perform on-property deliveries (dry cleaning, flowers, etc.). You will valet vehicles upon request for arriving and departing guests, and transport them to their rooms upon arrival.
Schedule may vary based on the needs of the department, however the schedule would primarily consist of 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week. Start time would typically vary between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm with Wednesdays and Thursday off.
You will need a High School diploma, or equivalent.
It is preferred that you have Hospitality or customer service experience.
You will need to be 21 years of age or older and have a valid state driver's license with no moving violations for the previous 3 years.
Being knowledgeable of the Canyon Ranch property and of local/regional area will be helpful. You will need to have good communication skills, an aptitude for guest service, and the ability to work with constant schedule changes. You will need to be self-motivating. You will also need to be physically able to handle guest luggage.
