    Responsibilities

    Canyon Ranch is looking for a Chef De Cuisine at our Lenox, MA location.

     

    Chef de Cuisine is the talented culinarian who will lead the cooks through each step of the meal preparation. You will oversee the line, both hot and cold, while ensuring that as each plate is put in front of our guests is perfect. You will have a complete understanding and have experienced all stations in the kitchen. You will lead the team and be actively involved in hiring new staff, training, coaching. As a leader in the kitchen, you will work to continue our Ethos culture, our core principles that lead us to success.

    Qualifications

    Do you have 3-4 years experience in Culinary leadership, working in a progressive environment where clean, organic food is the standard? You need demonstrated leadership qualities and a passion to create and enhance food to always make it special. 

     

    Must have 3-4 years expereince in a leading role as a culinarian.
