We have the perfect job for you as the Sales Manager-Travel Industry, remotely based in Los Angeles, CA. Scope: You will be responsible for the development and growth of travel agent revenue from assigned territory towards given revenue goals. You’ll monitor the market and competitive trends and proactively keep the team appraised of actionable situations, also take a leadership role in tradeshow and other event organization. Actively works with business units to ensure travel industry business is flowing. Creates and executes strategies to grow revenue and raise brand profile in assigned territory. Utilizes sales systems and is technology savvy and fiscally responsible.
Qualifications: Self starter with proven track record of successes. 2-5 years sales experience in the travel industry market for a luxury hotel, resort or destination Spa. Demonstrated success as a top producer. Experience with luxury travel entities such as Virtuoso, Signature & American Express.
You will also need a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, if you will ever transport guests, or an acceptable driving record if you will not transport guests.
