You will be responsible for the data entry & ensuring accuracy and integrity of the information entered into Canyon Ranch’s Human Resource Information System and Service Provider System (Concept). You processes all hires, changes of status, terminations, licenses/certifications, training records and other related records that are maintained within the HRIS or other HR systems.
You are going to make sure that your colleague have the correct information about their jobs in all applicable systems to ensure payroll accuracy. You will assist the other members of the HRIS team with implementation of new technology-driven processes as they happen.
We are looking for two or more years of computer experience including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, worked in Human Resources or Payroll, this may be the perfect position for you. Previous HRIS experience is always helpful.
