    Responsibilities

    We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Reservations Specialist! The successful candidate will be excited to provide superior service over the phone by inspiring our guests to make the most of their Canyon Ranch experience. 

    You’ll be a guru on all things SpaClub – from describing our plethora of rejuvenating and relaxing services to generating sales through interdepartmental collaboration to creating the ideal anniversary or birthday weekend. 

    You’ll challenge yourself to generate revenue and meet sales goals by sharing information about our services, pairing them with the appropriate service enhancements that are designed to restore, renew, and refresh. 

    You’ll be an expert on taking elaborate notes and tracking details about all booked and non-booked services. You’ll also be available to work evenings and weekends.

    The Particulars    ​

    • Answer all incoming calls for SpaClub and promote Canyon Ranch through proactive selling and rapport building
    • Make accurate reservations for SpaClub and annotate guest’s gender preference, special needs, or instructions
    • Take ownership of guest situations and refer to a supervisor/manager when necessary

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

     

    Education:  ​ High School diploma or equivalent work experience

     

    Experience

    • Prior hospitality and/or sales experience, preferably at a luxury level
    • Call center experience highly desirable

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Excellent telephone skills and a confident, positive attitude for making reservation sales
    • Aptitude for guest service and sales
    • Able to cheerfully handle stress in a busy office
    • Strong organizational and computer skills with the ability to type 40 wpm
