As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for supervising all personnel in the Engineering department. Also ensures that Ranch property is maintained to standards, and that new projects proceed on schedule and to standards. You will provide guidance, direction and expertise to staff members. Approves, schedules and supervises all Ranch maintenance, alterations and construction projects. Purchases maintenance and construction materials as needed. Responsible for hiring, coaching, and orienting all staff. Responsible for all departmental performance appraisals and staff meetings.

Having a Bachelors Degree is a plus but not required, though a High School Diploma or GED is necessary. (Or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position).
10 years' experience in related field, such as Hospitality or Construction. To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Demonstrated proficiency working with Engineering maintenance systems. HotSOS experience preferred.
