We are looking for a Bellperson at our Lenox, MA location.
The Bellperson will be responsible for assisting and directing guests upon arrival and departure, including luggage delivery and pick up, providing room and property information, and final inspection of guest rooms.
He or she will:
Pick up and delivery of guest’s luggage between guest’s room and vehicle.
Drives guest’s vehicles to and from the Pavilion and the parking lot.
Performs errands for guests in local area as directed.
Transports outgoing mail and retrieves incoming mail from the Post Office.
Keeps the work area and Canyon Ranch vehicles clean and orderly.
Delivers incoming packages, faxes, and prescriptions to guest rooms.
Education: High school diploma
Certification/License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience: Must be able to operate a vehicle with standard shift transmission.
