    Fitness Scheduler is responsible for assisting the Fitness and Spa Management team in all aspects of daily business operations and functions related to scheduling for Fitness, Massage, Beauty Services and Spa Services departments. You will prepare and complete weekly fitness schedules and assists the massage department with scheduling needs. You will also ensure that fitness schedules are uploaded to the Canyon Ranch Energy App, Your Experience Guide, Spa electronic board and maintain the master schedule. In addition,  you will adjust schedules for staff call-outs, moving appointments and reaching out to instructors and providers regarding same day add-on as needed. You will assist management team with tracking all time-off, vacation requests, sick time and shift coverage, assuring appropriate appointment availability.  



    Having a Bachelors Degree is a plus but not required, though a High School Diploma or GED is necessary. (Or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position).

    You will need at least one year of administrative experience. Relevant hospitality, spa, fitness or beauty services work experience preferred. To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
