    This position will allow you to showcase your project management skills as you keep the department running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.  This includes taking the lead on monitoring and overseeing the process of the Sales division. You’ll be interacting with internal and external guests by providing information and answering questions.  

    The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to work independently on a variety of projects.  You’ll have excellent phone and interpersonal skills – the ability to cheerfully handle stress in a busy office is a must! 

    The “administrative” part of this position entails creating presentations, trade show organization, facilitating conference calls and virtual meetings.

    This is a high visibility position and fast paced.     



    The successful candidate will:

    • Advanced computer knowledge required
    • Office Management experience strongly preferred
    • Prior hospitality and/or sales experience preferred

    • Must have excellent phone skills and a confident, positive attitude
    • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to cheerfully handle stress in a busy office
    • Must have an aptitude for internal and external guest service
    • Must possess strong organization skills and the ability to multitask


    • High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
