    Responsibilities

    The Bell Services Dispatcher is primarily responsible for scheduling and coordinating guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate luggage and package deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will arrange for any other deliveries guests may require such as prescription drugs, packages, and more. You will show excellent organizational and communication skills in the juggling of constantly changing flight information and the subsequent need to arrange travel for guests in a timely manner. You will need to be available to work weekends.

     

    In your role, you will accesses daily reports provided by Reservations and Program Advising to create a daily arrival and departure schedule for the guests and for the Bell Staff transportation services. You will perform receptionist functions, including meeting and greeting guests and answering the telephone professionally. You will communicate frequently with guests about ever-changing travel schedules and flight changes that need adjusting. You will also field questions from guests professionally and accurately, communicating last-minute arrival and departure information and ensuring accurate travel arrangements. You will update the Bell Schedule to reflect flight/guest information changes. You will communicate frequently with drivers, advising them of any flight or guest changes relating to specific driver's assigned runs. Also, you will maintain and update a daily log sheet for luggage pick up and delivery; room changes; guest-requested rides; deliveries including flowers, federal express mail, and faxes, and handle other appropriate bell-related deliveries/requests from other departments.

     

    Qualifications

     

    You will need a High School diploma, or equivalent.

     

    You will also need to be proficient in Word, Excel, and Internet Search Tools. It's preferred that you have experience using the Opera operating system.

     

    To be successful, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple interruptions while accomplishing your duties. You must be an excellent communicator, both in person and via the phone. You will need top-notch customer service skills, and be able to work with a wide variety of people. You need to be able to work efficiently under pressure. You will also need to be good at quickly grasping computer applications.

    Mon-Tues - 6:00am-2:00pm
    Wed-Thurs - OFF
    Fri-Sat - 1:45pm-9:45pm
    Sunday - 8:00am-4:00pm
