The Marketing Communications Coordinator assists in the creation and implementation of marketing communication activities including interactive, digital and print projects that drive revenue growth and increase overall marketplace visibility.
He or she will:
Prepare written content for appropriate outreach channels & work with vendors to produce collateral materials.
Create, build and deploy engaging content for website, email marketing and social media. Post immediate/time sensitive Lenox property related content as needed. Edit website pages, forms, and landing pages. Manage features and special promotion web pages.
Coordinates with printers and other marketing vendors to produce collateral materials including events grids, flyers, posters, brochures, mailings, newsletters, advertising and digital signage and CR Energy App.
Coordinate with the Lenox sales team to ensure collaboration of internal marketing with external marketing and provide content to them. Regularly attend meetings to intake marketing and communications requests.
Provide data reporting on Marketing initiatives: Google Analytics and Email, Creates monitoring reports for senior management. Assist the Marketing Communications Manager with content for social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
Provide support and back-up for weekly coordination of This Week at Canyon Ranch determining updates and changes with department heads to produce and design managing vendor relations and preparing weekly layout and formats for printing.
Experience: Must possess a minimum of 3 or more years’ of hands-on experience creating marketing content, planning and coordinating marketing collateral, programs and projects. Agency or in-house marketing and hospitality experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Certification/License: Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record to meet class B driver requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree preferred. Majors in Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field preferred, or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position -OR-Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
