    Responsibilities

    The Director of Health & Healing is responsible for the overall operation of the Health & Healing department and supervision of staff members assigned to the department including Medical, Life Management, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Aesthetics, Aquatics, Complementary Medicine, Spirituality, Creative Expression and their support staff. Plans, controls and manages payroll, monthly financial statement and operating budgets for department in addition to ensuring its functional strength and performance. Ensures availability of Health & Healing practitioners to meet guest demand. Oversees the development, facilitation and implementation of guest packages and programs, workshops, lectures, specialty weeks, and associated pricing. Accountable for the overall guest experience and all services offered within the Health & Healing department.

    Ensures all regulatory and compliance obligations for state, federal and any other relevant jurisdictions applicable to our operation.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare in an ambulatory or hospital setting. Expertise in insurance, regulatory responsibilities and patient experience.

    Bachelor's Degree required. 

    Master’s Degree preferred in Healthcare administration or management or a combination of education or experience.
