As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for corporate group business and corporate partnerships for Canyon Ranch. In this role, you will be tasked with both retention of existing business, as well as growth and development of new group and corporate partnership revenue. You will direct on-property service team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Canyon Ranch’s vision and values. You will also execute and establishes plans and strategies to expand the group customer base. You will develops a business plan and sales strategy for the group market and maintains accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
Having a Bachelors Degree is a plus but not required, though a High School Diploma or GED is necessary. (Or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position)
You will need at least 5 years of experience in hotel, resort or destination spa sales or related field and 2 years of experience in leadership position.
To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
