A Canyon Ranch Salon Receptionistis the face of the Salon. They are excited to see our guests and provide them with the highest quality of customer service while attending to their needs as they check in, arranging their appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting them with retail products.
You will take payment for guest services and retail products sold, while adhering to Canyon Ranch cash handling policies and procedures. You will also demonstrate effective problem solving skills to resolve guest issues at early stages or refer complaints to a manager for further assistance. You will assist with upkeep and maintaining clean and well-stocked work and retail area, including performing inventory counts as requested by management.
You will need to have any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. To be successful, you will need cash handling experience, computer knowledge, and a minimum of one-year customer service experience. It's preferred that you have salon, spa or retail sales experience., and a minimum ability to type 30 w.p.m.
