As the Payroll Manager for Canyon Ranch, you will lead a talented staff of 7 people in the bi-weekly processing for all properties. You will ensure the smooth execution of all the processing activities and support to the payroll staff. You will be hands on in planning, coordinating and managing all the functions of the department. The analysis of the payroll processes and meeting all compliance requirements, reporting and advanced analytics are performed as needed. Communication with senior management as needed either verbally or in writing on all matters.
Our successful candidate will have 5-7 years managing a multi-state department preferably within the hospitality industry, proficiency in all Microsoft applications, specifically Excel. Experience with ADP Enterprise payroll preferred, other systems include but not limited to Attendance on Demand and Book for Time. Demonstrated expertise in communication at all levels, both written and verbal. Strong understanding for federal and state laws, develop and maintain strong working relationship with all levels of the organization.
