Chef de Cuisine is the talented culinarian who will lead the cooks through each step of the meal preparation. You will oversee the line, both hot and cold, while ensuring that as each plate is put in front of our guests is perfect. You will have a complete understanding and have experienced all stations in the kitchen. You will lead the team and be actively involved in hiring new staff, training, coaching.
